The following article will help you troubleshoot is you are not receiving emails from BetterUp and Microsoft is your email provider.
Microsoft’s Office 365 Quarantine feature prevents suspicious emails from entering the recipient’s mailbox. Microsoft automatically filters emails suspected as malicious or junk mail for its customers. Occasionally, false positives occur, and Microsoft will quarantine some or all of BetterUp’s emails.
Go to Microsoft’s Security and Compliance Center to check your quarantined emails by navigating here: Protection.office.com
Sign in with your Microsoft account email
Select “Threat Management”, then “Review” on the left side menu
4. The list of all emails that didn’t go to the recipient’s inbox will appear here. Select the relevant email we want to release and remove it from quarantine. Alternatively, you can look up the required email in the search bar. For Example “BetterUp”
Alternatively, you may also wait for an email to come from Microsoft Quarantine with a summary of your recently quarantined emails. Please note this will cause a delay in getting access to the emails.
