Keeping a pulse on member activation and engagement is key to a successful program. This article will show you two ways to check activation and usage:
Member activation and usage report in PAD
When to do this:
Use the activation and usage report in the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD) when you are looking to get insights on a group level.
Steps to complete:
- Sign into the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD)
- On the Home tab, one of your key reports is Activation and Usage — the third one on the right.
- Click into this report.
- Click on Employee Filters to choose the track(s) you want to view and further filter if desired; a bar graph will appear once selected
- Tip: Hover your mouse over the bar graph to see what each bar represents
What data is in this report?
- % who have completed their 1st coaching session (aggregate)
- Individual member list and their current status (e.g. invited, started coaching, etc.)
- Tip: To see this data, go to the activation bar chart and click on View Member
- To get more insight on each member category, hover over the ⓘ symbol
CSV File to Check Individual Usage
When to do this:
Use the CSV report download in the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD) when you are looking to check individual usage and engagement.
Steps to complete:
- Sign into the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD)
- Click on Admin
- On the right side of your screen click Download CSV
- Tip: From the choices, we recommend you select Members of Current Tracks
- Click Download
What data is in this file?
- Who has activated their license
- Who has started coaching
- Whose license access has ended
- How your members are using their license (eg. reflection point, 360 assessment, manager feedback)
- How often members are using their license
