If you are looking to remove a member’s access to BetterUp®, this article will walk you through the steps to revoke their license.
When to do this:
When a member has let you know they aren't able to participate in coaching, when a member has not activated their license by your set deadline, when a member is inactive, or when a member has left your organization.
Steps to complete:
- Sign into the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD)
- Navigate to the Admin tab at the top of the screen
- Check the box next to the name(s) of the individual(s) you want to remove
Tip: You can also select an individual to remove by selecting the 3-dots to the right of their name - A pop-up bar will appear at the bottom of your screen; select 'Remove access'
- On the next pop-up, check the box next to the license you would like to remove and select 'Remove access'
- You can optionally share why you are removing access for that member
Members will immediately lose access to the selected product(s), but will still be able to view their resources, reports, and message history.
