The primary tool to manage licenses and view data is the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD). You’ll gain access to your partner account and the PAD prior to launching BetterUp and it will also be your home base to monitor engagement and manage your BetterUp members.
Once members complete onboarding, the PAD will offer a range of reports and aggregated baseline data to help you understand your organization’s starting point for growth. Below is an overview of your PAD.
Home
The homepage gives you access to real-time reporting insights for your organization. You can then click through for more detailed reporting on each of the areas. The Actions & announcements section shares recent BetterUp product updates, research, and webinars.
Reports
The reports tab gives access to detailed reporting on your organization.
Curated Stories – provide personalized talent reports based on your unique organizational objectives and current context. Each story curates specific Whole Person Model dimensions into an index that measures specific outcomes such as growth & transformation, DEIB, and sales performance.
How to use these stories: These stories highlight where to focus in order to drive targeted business outcomes and can help you make informed decisions about additional programs and interventions to support member growth.
People Insights – Comprehensive reporting based on Whole Person Model mindsets, behaviors, and outcomes. This is where you’ll find aggregated data from member’s Whole Person assessments.
How to use these insights: Reference the ‘Impact and Outcomes’ section of your Success Plan and identify your baseline data for the specific mindsets, behaviors, and outcomes that will contribute towards your organizational goals.
Member Engagement – The PAD measures engagement through 3 different lenses: activation & usage across your member population, trending topics (what members are focusing on in their sessions), and member satisfaction (the quality of member sessions).
Data for trending topics and member satisfaction are available after at least 5 members have completed post-session surveys.
How to use these insights: The ‘Activation & Usage’ report will be important during the driving adoption & engagement stage of your BetterUp journey. It will show where your invited employees are in the activation funnel and inform your strategy to drive greater engagement with BetterUp.
Admin
This is the tab that you will use to manage licenses in your program by each BetterUp product. You can invite members, extend member access, and end member access from this page. You can search for members individually, leverage Member filters (status, track, other custom attributes), or use our Quick filters to narrow down your search.
