The Value Delivery Plan is our shared agenda to maximize the impact of BetterUp at your organization and will help you align BetterUp with your people goals and organizational priorities. It will define your vision for what you aim to accomplish through our partnership and how we will get there. The plans include three primary components:
Your Big Why – Your Value Delivery Plan begins with your Big Why – it’s the connector between your BetterUp engagement and your organization's key priorities. To define this big-picture goal, partners typically reference company vision, strategic objectives, or leadership imperatives. Your Big Why is the North Star for your BetterUp engagement, so it’s important to keep it updated as business priorities shift. In addition, a strong Big Why will help your leaders understand how prioritizing BetterUp contributes to company goals.
Program Goals – Program goals connect your Big Why to your members’ individual growth. Program goals might address a known challenge that stands between your organization’s strategic objectives or they could focus on employees’ satisfaction, usage, and/or perceived benefit.
Metrics - BetterUp tracks impact and outcome metrics to measure the success of your BetterUp engagement. Sample impact metrics include member engagement, member experience, and changes in mindsets and behaviors. Your Success Plan will define which metrics move the needle on your organization’s Big Why and you can monitor them in real-time through BetterUp’s People Analytics Dashboard (PAD) after launching BetterUp.
