Assessments
The Whole Person™ Manager Assessment: This assessment evaluates over 20 foundational skills critical for effective management. Results are used to create personalized coaching plans, increase self-awareness, and establish a baseline for tracking progress. All responses are confidential and not shared with employers or managers. includes around 90 questions and takes 9 to 12 minutes to complete.
The Manage 360 feature: This feature provides a powerful multi-rater peer review system designed to uncover untapped potential. It delivers development-focused feedback from direct reports, peers, and leaders, supporting managerial growth. Members can request feedback from up to eight individuals through the home interface, and the collected feedback is compiled into a detailed 360 report. This report can be reviewed and discussed with your Manage coach during scheduled sessions.
You are encouraged to take the 360 Assessment at any point during the Manage program, especially early on to complement the self-assessment. Results will be discussed during your next quarterly one-on-one session, and the 360 Assessment becomes available after starting a development plan.
Coaching
Quarterly Sessions
When scheduling your first one-on-one debrief session, you will also book your quarterly recurring sessions. These sessions can be rescheduled or canceled at any time.
To change the time of a session, use the reschedule option instead of canceling, which allows you to select a new date and time without disrupting your series of sessions.
Missing your second session does not automatically cancel the remaining ones. However, if you miss three consecutive sessions with your coach (including no-shows, or canceling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice), all future sessions will be canceled. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled with your coach.
To switch coaches, you must cancel your current recurring sessions and set up new ones with a different coach. Different coaches cannot be assigned to individual sessions to maintain consistency throughout your program.
Plans
You can complete up to 11 different coaching plans for 11 skills, one skill at a time, depending on your Manage™ plan. For each selected skill, a personalized coaching plan is created. On average, it takes about four weeks to complete each coaching plan.

Coaching Circles in BetterUp Manage™ are dynamic, BetterUp Coach led, and peer-supported group coaching sessions designed to provide individual-focused support within a collaborative environment.
