As a program admin, you may need to update a member’s access based on their coaching needs, program participation, or changes in eligibility. You can change a member’s access directly from the Admin tab in the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD).
This article covers how to extend or remove a member’s access.
When to do this:
You might need to change access in the following scenarios:

- A member needs more time to complete their coaching journey
- A program extension or renewal has been approved
- A member is no longer eligible for coaching (e.g., role change, departure)
- A member has not activated their license by your deadline

How to Extend Access:
- Sign into the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD) and navigate to the Admin tab at the top of the screen
- Search for and select the member(s) whose access you want to extend
- Check the box next to the name(s) of the individual(s) you want to extend
Tip: You can also select an individual to extend by selecting the 3-dots to the right of their name
- A pop-up bar will appear at the bottom of your screen; select 'Extend end date'
- On the next pop-up, use the drop down menu to specify the extension time and select 'Apply changes'
Note: You will only be able to extend a member as long as you have licenses available. You may be asked to select a license from a different subscription in order to extend a member.

How to Remove Access

Navigate to the Admin tab in the PAD

Search for and select the member whose access you want to remove

Check the box next to the name(s) of the individual(s) you want to remove
Tip: You can also select an individual to remove by selecting the 3-dots to the right of their name -
A pop-up bar will appear at the bottom of your screen; select 'Remove access'

On the next pop-up, check the box next to the license you would like to remove and select 'Remove access'

You can optionally share why you are removing access for that member
Members will immediately lose access to the selected product(s), but will still be able to view their resources, reports, and message history.
