Extending a member’s access could allow the member to continue their growth journey, ensuring they have ongoing support to develop their skills, improve their performance, and achieve their personal and professional goals. If you are looking to extend a member’s BetterUp® coaching access, this article will walk you through the steps to take.
When to do this:
Extending a member’s access could allow the member to continue their growth journey, ensuring they have ongoing support to develop their skills, improve their performance, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Steps to complete:
- Sign into the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD)
- Select on the Admin tab at the top of the screen
- Check the box next to the name(s) of the individual(s) you want to extend
Tip: You can also select an individual to extend by selecting the 3-dots to the right of their name - A pop-up bar will appear at the bottom of your screen; select 'Extend end date'
- On the next pop-up, use the drop down menu to specify the extension time and select 'Apply changes'
Note: You will only be able to extend a member as long as you have licenses available. You may be asked to select a license from a different subscription in order to extend a member.
