How to view Member Satisfaction Report:
- Sign into the People Analytics Dashboard (PAD)
- Click on Reports at the top of screen
- Scroll down to find the Member satisfaction report, click on View satisfaction >
- Filter the data:
- If you have more than one BetterUp Product, select the product you want to review the trending topics at the top of the page (i.e. Lead Coaching, Care Coaching, etc)
- Employee Filters, then allows you to filter the data for specific member attributes (i.e. track, department, location, etc)
What data is in the Member Satisfaction Report:
The Member Satisfaction Report is derived from optional feedback requested from members after each coaching session, covering:
- Session quality: Members rate the quality and impact of their coaching experience
- Goal progression: Members rank goal progress after each session
- Session impact: Members rank each session’s value [use of time, insight gained & more effective at work]
- At least 5 unique responses per metric are required to display results
