Onboarding Whole Person Assessment
The Whole Person Assessment is completed during onboarding and provides insights into an individual's performance across 30 well-researched dimensions. Once completed, a report is issued which helps increase self-awareness and guides personal and professional growth. The assessment also helps power our coach matching algorithm.

Primary 1:1 Coaching with a professional Coach
Once a member completes onboarding and matches with a coach they then schedule their first coaching session.Coaching sessions can be either 30 mins or 45 minutes long and for the first few coaching sessions, it's recommended that members opt for the 45 minute option. It’s also recommended that members create a recurring slot for their coaching to help protect the calendar slot.

Specialist 1:1 coaching
BetterUp's Specialist coaching offers specialized support in areas like sleep, nutrition, communication, and diversity. Members can access expert guidance tailored to specific needs beyond primary coaching. Unlike primary coaching, specialty coaching provides in-depth, domain-specific assistance. 360 Assessment
BetterUp's 360 Assessment gathers feedback from managers, coworkers, and direct reports to provide a holistic view of an individual's strengths and areas for growth. This process involves collecting feedback on 15 key behaviors to enhance workplace effectiveness and self awareness.
The 360 is initiated by the member and at least 3 responses are required for the report to be generated.

Manager Feedback Assessment
BetterUp's Manager Feedback Assessment enables members to receive input from their line managers to align personal development with organizational goals. It ensures confidential coaching conversations while offering the Line Manager the opportunity to provide insights on strengths and growth areas. Members can choose to request feedback during onboarding or at any time. Once triggered the Line Manager will receive an initial assessment via email. Once two months have passed, the Line Manager will receive a second assessment encouraging them to evaluate their perceived growth.

Reflection Point Assessment
BetterUp's Reflection Point Assessment helps members reflect on their coaching journey, assess progress, and receive updated insights on strengths. It involves a 15-minute assessment and feedback from coaches. Members can review reports through the BetterUp platform.
The reflection point is triggered after at least 4-months of coaching and when 3+ coaching sessions have been completed.
