AI-powered experiences: Driving member engagement and growth
This year, we launched AI-driven enhancements to deliver smarter, more personalized member experiences between live coaching sessions. Advancing accessibility across the platform
Accessibility is more than compliance—it’s about building a platform that empowers every user to grow, reflect, and achieve their full potential. Our teams remain committed to ensuring that the BetterUp platform is an accessible experience for all members.
This year, we’ve continued to quietly implement key accessibility improvements across core features to enhance usability and identify long-term opportunities for improvement. We’ve also partnered internal Accessibility teams from several partners and we welcome collaboration from our partners in this initiative.
Looking ahead, we’re working toward updating our Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) in 2025 as part of our ongoing progress toward WCAG-AA compliance.
Optimizing the PAD Admin experience
This year we released several features that have high usage and adoption from other PAD Administrators and that have positively impacted member activation and engagement.
- Administer licenses – In the License Details tab, access real-time updates on product subscriptions at a glance so you always know how many licenses are available. From the Members tab, assign access, invite members, and extend or revoke licenses seamlessly so can flexibly adapt to your organization’s changing needs and ensure full license utilization. - Manage scheduled invites – View and manage which employees are set to receive invitations to BetterUp. [Read more here]
- Nudge stalled members – Track and manage member engagement throughout the member lifecycle by seeing member status and nudging stalled members directly from PAD. [Read more here]
