Platform Readiness is a critical step in your BetterUp launch. It ensures that both your program design and technical systems are set up to support a smooth, on-time rollout and a great member experience. This phase includes two sets of tasks: Program Configuration and Technical Preparation.
Key Deadlines:
- Start both work streams at least 4 weeks prior to your launch date.
- All tasks must be completed no later than 2 weeks before launch to avoid delays.
Starting early and completing both tasks on time ensures your program launches without delay, and members enjoy a smooth, frustration-free experience from day one.
Program Configuration
Customize your program to deliver the right experience for your members. The first and most important step is confirming your launch date—this is when members will receive their invitations and begin onboarding. You’ll also decide on other key features that shape the member experience.
