Coach Gmail Password Resets
After our support team resets your Gmail password, keep an eye out for an email from the G Suite Team. The subject line will read: "Your Google Account Password for BetterUp has been reset by your system administrator." Once you’ve created your new password, please log in to your @betterupcoaches.co Gmail at mail.google.com using your newly created password.
Remember, the activation link in the email is valid for 48 hours. If you don't spot the email, please check your junk/spam folder, as these messages can sometimes be filtered there. If the 48-hour window passes, please contact support, and we'll promptly send you a new link for your password reset.
