How You’ll Interact with Cora
Cora meets you in the tools you already use—email, Slack (if enabled), and the shared workspace. Here’s how each works:
Email: Cora will send you timely updates, reminders, and nudges from Cora@betterup.co. If you're not seeing these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder and mark them as safe.
Slack (optional): If your BetterUp experience includes a shared Slack channel, Cora will support you there. To activate it, just notify your BetterUp team and they’ll take care of the setup.
Shared Workspace: If you have an active launch, your team has access to BetterUp’s shared web-based workspace where you can track tasks, complete steps, and view upcoming milestones. You can access this workspace from your emails / Slack messages with Cora.

Navigating the Workspace
If you've received a task reminder from Cora by email or Slack, you will have access to BetterUp's workspace with action items to review or complete. You can access it directly through links provided in the emails or Slack messages you receive from Cora. Only Program Admins from your organization can access the workspace. If multiple admins are supporting the same program, everyone will see the same shared task list.
How to Access the Cora Workspace
