Configuring the BetterUp <> Slack Integration

  1. Login to your BetterUp Partner account and click the Profile circle in the upper right corner of the app.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings page

NOTE:  If you cannot see the Settings or Integrations options please let your BetterUp account team know.  They can reach out to the Implementation Services team to get this feature enabled for your organization.

  1. Click the Integrations tab
  2. Click the Configure Integrations link on the Slack card.

  1. Click allow on the next page. You have successfully configured the Slack bot.

NOTE:  You may have to be a Slack workspace admin to add the bot to their Slack instance, depending on your permissions and Slack environment.
