Signing Up With Your Apple ID

Signing up for BetterUp with your Apple ID

  1. Download the BetterUp App
  2. Click Sign Up 
  3. Answer the following question

  4. In order to sign up for BetterUp, you must toggle the option below to verify that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to our privacy policy and Consumer Terms and Conditions

  5. Click Sign up with Apple
  6. You will see a pop-up that notifies you that selecting "Share My Email" when signing up will ensure a seamless login experience on both our mobile app and website. Click Okay
  7. Select if you would like to share your email or hide your email
    • If you choose to share your email: your BetterUp login will be your Apple ID.
    • If you choose to hide your email: Apple will create a generated randomly email address for you. Please note, that you will need to use a randomly generated email address from Apple to log in if you choose to hide your email. BetterUp will email you this randomly generated email once they sign up. If at any point you do not remember this private email, you can find it on your phone: Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID > BetterUp > This App Received
  8. Click Continue with Password

Logging into BetterUp with your Apple ID

  1. Open the BetterUp App
  2. When you created your account, you had the option to choose the following:
    • If you chose to share your email: your BetterUp login will be your Apple ID.
    • If you chose to hide your email: Apple will create a generated randomly email address for you. Please note, that you will need to use a randomly generated email address from Apple to log in if you choose to hide your email. BetterUp will email you this randomly generated email once they sign up. If at any point you do not remember this private email, you can find it on your phone: Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID > BetterUp > This App Received
  3. Click Continue
