Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems
An HCM system integration makes your BetterUp implementation experience smoother, more scalable, and measurable. Save time and reduce errors by configuring an integration between your HCM system and BetterUp.
Secure, automated data transfer: Securely and automatically power your People Analytics Dashboard (PAD) to slice and dice data that is most relevant to your business integration ensures BetterUp has up-to-date role, team, location, and other data—allowing for personalized coaching journeys.
Automated provisioning/de-provisioning: New hires or eligible employees can automatically gain access to BetterUp based on fields within your HCM. Automatically free up licenses when an employee departs your organization or changes roles
Data for deeper insights: Layer HCM and BetterUp data to see the business impact on core business metrics like performance, engagement, and retention.
