Updating Your Language and Time Zone

You are able to update your site language, your coaching language, and your time zone directly in the BetterUp platform.

Updating Your Language

You can update your language preferences by following these steps:

  1. Log in to BetterUp and click on your avatar (on the top right of the page)
  2. Select Account and scroll down to the "Preferences" section 
  3. Select the language of your preference from the "Site language" drop-down and/or the "coaching language" drop-down
  4. Click Save changessite_language.gif

Time Zones 

The time zone set in your account settings will remain your time zone regardless of where you are in the world. Unlike your cell phone, these times do not change if you are traveling out of your resident time zone. However, if you link the session to your calendar, that session time will be reflective of the time zone you are currently in. When you are looking at a Coach’s schedule, the session times are reflected as your time zone, not your Coach's time zone. This way you do not have to do the math, just pick the time that works best for you!

You can update your time zone preferences by following these steps:

  1. Log in to BetterUp and click on your avatar (on the top right of the page)
  2. Select Account and scroll down to the "Preferences" section 
  3. Select the time zone of your preference from the "Time zone" drop-down 
  4. Click Save changes
