When your company launches BetterUp, you will activate your account through a personalized email with a unique activation link. You'll want to accept the invite and complete the prompts to finish creating your BetterUp account. From there, you BetterUp can be accessed by either:
- Web Browser via our sign-in page: Sign In
- The BetterUp Mobile App
Enter the email address that you used to sign up for BetterUp (this is typically your company email) and your password. If your company uses SSO through an Identity Provider (e.g., Okta, PingIdentity, etc.), please see the instructions below.
If you did not receive your activation email, first check your spam folder for an email from @betterup.co. If you're unable to locate it, create a ticket with our Support Team who will further assist you.
Logging into BetterUp when your Company Uses Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your company uses Single Sign-On, you can log in to your BetterUp account by following these steps:

Navigate to the BetterUp sign-in page: https://app.betterup.co/users/sign_in

Enter your long-form corporation email address. This will most likely be your first name separated by a period followed by your last name (e.g., John.smith@corporation.co)
- Click Continue
- Click Sign in with SSO

You’ll then be redirected and asked to sign in to your Identity Provider (e.g., Okta, PingIdentity, etc.)

After successfully signing into your Identity Provider, you will be taken back to the BetterUp website and will now have access to your account
As an alternative, you can also navigate to your Identity Provider (e.g., Okta, PingIdentity, etc.) directly and sign into your Single Sign-On account. You can locate the BetterUp application within your Identity Provider’s application menu. Once you click on the BetterUp application and you will be directed to your BetterUp account
