How to Download or Print a Report

You can locate your reports via a web browser. Please note that this feature is not available via mobile.

  1. Log in to app.betterup.co and click Insights (located at the top of the home page)
    1. Members from our EU platform instead log in to app.betterup.eu
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click View all reports
  3. Click View(for the applicable report) 

Please note that if you are downloading your Whole Person Strengths Report, your top five strengths will be visible on that page. To view your full Whole Person Strengths Report, scroll down and click "Reveal your full Whole Person Strengths Report". From there, you can proceed to the following steps.

You can print or download your reports as a PDF from your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome. Once you have located the report that you would like to print:

  1. Click File on Chrome, then Print
  2. Click the drop-down menu next to "Destination"
    • To save it as a PDF, click Save as PDF
