To know where we’re going next it’s important to reflect on where we have been. The Reflection Point is a tool that you and your coach can use to reflect on your coaching journey so far!
The Reflection Point Assessment asks similar questions to what was asked in the Core Strengths Assessment (Whole Person Strengths Report) that you debriefed at the beginning of your coaching journey. You will also be asked three open-ended questions to help you reflect on your progress. You can expect the process to take around 25 minutes.
Once you are done, you’ll receive a report that includes:
- An updated snapshot of your top Whole Person strengths today.
- Insights about how your Whole Person strengths have changed since your last check-in.
- Your coach’s feedback

Completing Your Reflection Point
Coaches have the ability to assign you this assessment to complete in your BetterUp dashboard. We encourage you to discuss this with your coach as they can provide insight to you on their perspective as well. If your Coach has not assigned your Reflection Point to you, you can complete it directly through this link.
Members from our EU platform should access their Reflection Point instead through this link.
Debriefing the Reflection Point with Your Coach
We recommend reviewing your scores with your coach to ensure they are able to walk you through the growth and changes. Primary Coaches are trained on debriefing the Reflection Point and can answer any questions that you may have.

Score Fluctuations
Each skill on the Whole Person assessment is measured across several items; the Reflection Point score difference is calculated based on how these scores are combined and compared to prior assessments to make them directly comparable. The Reflection Point will compare the change in score to the original Whole Person assessment score.
We recommend reviewing your scores with your coach to ensure they are able to walk you through the growth and changes.
