BetterUp mobile applications are available for convenient access to the BetterUp platform on the go.
When completing the onboarding process, after you've selected your Coach, you will prompted with a QR code or download link to easily download the BetterUp mobile app.

A: The mobile applications support many of the experiences available within the BetterUp ecosystem such as browsing coach offerings, scheduling experiences, message coaches, view learning resources, view personalized growth reports, and join live video coaching sessions.
Q: What OS level permissions do the mobile applications need?
A: Access to microphone - optional for app usage but required for coaching sessions
Access to camera - optional but degrades coaching session if not granted

Q: What if I am still experiencing issues downloading the BetterUp mobile app?
We're sorry to hear about your issues with downloading the BetterUp mobile app. If you are receiving the error message, “non-compliant action,” this can be due to permissions on the device you are using. We recommend using the device that was issued to you by your employer. If this still persists, you may need to reach out to the IT department in your organization and have them grant you access. Another option would be to log in to app.betterup.co from your desktop to access the BetterUp platform.
