We're excited to share that we accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can edit your payment details at any time by following the directions provided here. Please note that BetterUp for Individuals subscription plans are currently only offered in USD currency.
Editing Your Payment Details
Payment details may be updated at any time while your subscription plan is active! To update your payment details, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your BetterUp account on a web browser
- Click on your avatar on the upper right corner of the page and click Account
- Click Subscription
- Click Billing
- Edit the payment details by adding a new card
- The new card will automatically become the default payment method.
- Please note that you may select the ellipsis (three dots) to the right of any other cards to either make them the default or remove the card from your account.

Downloading Your Payment Receipt
Downloading your payment receipt is easy and convenient! Simply follow the steps below to retrieve the payment receipt for which you are looking to download. If you have canceled your subscription plan, please reach out to Support for assistance in retrieving your past payment receipts.
Via web browser:
- Log in to the BetterUp platform via web browser
- Go to Account by clicking your avatar at the top right of your screen
- Click Subscription
- Click Billing
- Select the invoice month for which you would like a receipt under Invoice History
- Click the download image that the red arrow is pointing to (below) under Invoice History
Click Download receipt
Via mobile app:
- Log in to https://app.betterup.co/ and click on Settings
- Click Manage subscription under Subscription
- Select Billing
- Select the invoice month for which you would like a receipt under Invoice History
- Select Download receipt
Apple Pay
We're excited to share that we accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.
- To use Apple Pay on your desktop, you must be using the Safari browser and have Apple Pay configured on your laptop within your System Preferences
- To use Apple Pay on your iOS device, you must have Apple Pay configured in your Wallet and be using the Safari browser

Payment Receipts
You will be emailed a receipt for payment once you have subscribed to BetterUp. If you are unable to find an receipt, please contact support. We will be sure to send that to you for your records.
Please note that there is no option to identify your employer from these receipts. We would like to clarify that BetterUp for Individuals is a program that is purchased by individuals which is why there isn't a field to identify the employer.
