If you would like to update or make changes to your BetterUp for Individuals Member profile, you can easily do so by following the steps below:
- Log into your account at BetterUp on a web browser and click on your avatar at the top right of the screen
- Select Account
- Scroll down to the category you would like to update:
- Personal Information: Update your name, avatar, and organization
- Contact Information: Update your preferred method of contact for your coaching sessions
- Preferences: Update your timezone, location, site language, and coaching language
- Click Save changes
