This article will provide troubleshooting steps for common login issues that Executive Assistants (EA) may experience with their accounts.
I can’t access my account.
- If you’re experiencing an issue logging into your account, and your organization utilizes Single Sign-On (SSO), please see: Activating Your Account and Logging into BetterUp

- For any other issues, please reach out to BetterUp Support, so that we can assist you further.
I’ve logged in, but I’m getting an “Oops” error message.
If you’re connected to an account for an Executive who has not confirmed their account and selected their Coach, you will see an “Oops” error message when trying to schedule sessions for the Executive.
Once the Executive has confirmed their account and selected a Coach, this “Oops” error message will be resolved, and you will be able to begin scheduling coaching sessions on behalf of your Executive.

I’ve logged in, but I don’t see my Executive listed.
If you’ve logged in and are not seeing your Executive, this may be because the Executive has not yet been invited to a coaching program. Once they’ve been invited, have confirmed their account, and chosen their Coach, you will see the option to schedule coaching sessions on their behalf.
